Bill Maher is still worth listening to, last and this weeks diatribe on the chimera that the governments of North America have become are a laugh riot, it’s a shame though that the substance of his barbs are based in truth. Elsewhere in the world South America and the Middle East are still resisting imperialism as the imperialists prod and poke and try to provide justification for yet another bombing run.
Closer to home, the local Chamber of Commerce finally got the upgrade to the final version of Website Baker, I’ll be updating the templates in the near future to make the xhtml compliant. The list of clients still on my web server dropped a lot this month and just the ones that paid up front for a long term are still there. Hats off to bluefur.com (formerly monsterhosting.ca) and their migration team, every one they did went smooth as silk and those that took advantage of the service didn’t notice a thing changed except the nameservers at their domain registrar. They have a little over 100 servers at theplanet.com, and as it’s the same datacentre my server is in the clients know connectivity won’t be an issue.
