Have your own nuclear reactor at home powering everything up for half the cost of grid electricity and a fill up lasts forty years, hard to believe this isn’t a hoax. Doesn’t take much digging on the Anchorage Daily News to find an article about it and sure enough, the NRC has a mention and so does the EIA and there’s a 120 page PDF to download at the bottom too for really technical folks that can’t make it up to Galena to see for themselves.
